Gran Turismo 7 will finally be improved for PlayStation 5 Pro. There will also be five new cars in the new update. Their silhouettes were traditionally revealed by the creator of the series, Kazunori Yamauchi. He apologized for the players having to wait for news.

Main news of the upcoming update: new graphics modes for PS5 Proincluding an “experimental” 8K mode at 60 frames per second, made possible by the use of PSSR (PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution) technology. For casual gamers, a more powerful console will have real-time ray tracing ready during racing, even in 4K resolution. Ray tracing on the standard PS5 is limited to menus and recording only.

As for the vehicles, in the producer’s post we see the silhouettes of five cars. Above left, according to GTPlanet fans, this will be the current generation Suzuki Jimny. Next to it is a Ford Escort RS Cosworth. Also a 992 generation Porsche 911. Probably a Turbo or Turbo S model. There should be another Porsche next to it: the Porsche Mission X Concept. And the last one is probably the Mercedes-Benz W196 Monoposto sports car.
