At yesterday’s ID@Xbox April show, Kalypso Media released a new trailer for the upcoming new entry in the Commandos series, subtitled Origins, which was officially announced last October. Fans of this famous video game brand have been waiting minute gameplay teaser, which shows footage from the alpha version. There are several different maps and locations that will take players to the African desert and the Arctic Circle.
Commandos: Origins, following the example of previous parts, will rely on a military setting and mechanics known from traditional tactical actions conducted in stealth mode. At the same time, developers from the German studio Claymore Game reported that I’ll do closed beta testing on PC this summer, which you can subscribe to right now. The full version should be released in the second half of this year in versions for PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. The game will also be available on Xbox/PC Game Pass on release day.
