At the beginning of March we reported spin-off of Toys for Bob studio, which was previously under the wing of Activision and Microsoft, respectively. But late last week, information began to leak out that the studio had entered into an agreement with Microsoft that would result in a new game. While it may seem counterintuitive, the developers themselves recently stated that despite their newfound independence, they would like to continue collaborating with Microsoft in the future.

The studio’s possible plans were hinted at in a recently released video by an insider specializing in the Crash Bandicoot and Spyro series, under the nickname Candian Guy Eh. Citing his own sources, he claims that the Toys for Bob studio is supported by Microsoft. a new part of the Spyro series is being created. Moreover, this should be a full-fledged fourth part, which will be a continuation of the remakes of the first three parts released in 2018. We’ll see if we get confirmation from official sources over time. But for now, take the information with a grain of salt.
