Illustrator and screenwriter confirms development of new Naughty Dog brand – INDIAN

American studio Playful puppy, where the hits Uncharted and The Last of Us were created, is working on a new brand. There have been speculations about it before. Now the still unannounced game has been confirmed by the illustrator and screenwriter Colin Lorimer.

Lorimer writes on LinkedIn that he is helping Naughty Dog develop its latest brand. In his work experience, he mentions an unannounced project in addition to the canceled multiplayer The Last of Us. He will work with the studio, which, among others, created Uncharted and The Last of Us, from 2021. He also worked as a story artist for the HBO series The Last of Us.

When Naughty Dog canceled The Last of Us Online, has confirmed the development of more than one ambitious, all-new single-player game. It is believed that this is about The Last of Us Part 3 and a completely new brand. There have been rumors about this in 2022. When The Last of Us Part I released on PS5, players discovered a concept in the game that suggested some kind of fantasy project (tweet below). Then an artist working with Naughty Dog came up with some mysterious concepts. However, according to him, they do not come from any title. He created them while playing Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

According to another biography of a former senior animator at Bend, the creators of The Last of Us and Days Gone were supposed to join forces to develop a new game. A new brand is also being created in Bend. At the beginning of 2022, the Uncharted reboot was supposed to get the green light. The return of the famous series may have been hinted at in PlayStation advertising.
