The mysterious shooter from Ubisoft lives on. The French company invites players to a closed test of a cooperative action game codenamed Project U. However, we know nothing about the game itself.

Project U was announced last year. It is said to be a Pathfinder third-person shooter in the battle royale genre.. Insider Tom Henderson last year envisioned battles against other players and artificial intelligence. The main goal is to find a way to the center of the map, where players will face the main boss. But they have to go through fortifications, etc.

After a long silence, Ubisoft will conduct a closed test for PC. It will run from February 1st to February 6th. Those interested must register here, and those selected will be able to invite up to five friends via Ubisoft Connect. Everything will be under a non-disclosure agreement, so nothing will be shared.

Just be careful, apparently the test is not intended for us. Ubisoft mentions the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland.

Project U is described as an intense co-op shooter where players join forces and enjoy massive battles against vast legions of machines.
