Previously, the fastest-selling game for the PlayStation was an action game The Last of Us Part 2. In June 2020, it sold 3.3 million units in three days. This surpassed 2018’s God of War, the predecessor to Ragnarok, which managed to sell 3.1 million units in three days, a record for the series.
