Horizon Zero Dawn is getting a PS5 remake

Recently, a remake of the first part of The Last of Us arrived on our PlayStation 5 consoles, offering an updated experience complete with a redesigned visual. And, it seems, to some extent, not very old people will receive similar care. Zero dawn horizon.

Last according to MP1ST editorial sources expected to receive a remake or remaster (their sources did not specify) for the current generation of the PlayStationwhereby visually bring it closer to the second part with the subtitle Forbidden West (better lighting, new character models, more detailed textures, or tweaked animations), but there should also be some minor changes to gameplay or providing more accessibility options.

This information was subsequently confirmed by the editors of the Video Games Chronicle, who specified that this is a remaster that will offer new graphics modes, additional customization options, and generally more detailed visuals.

Recall that this first part was released in February 2017 (came to PC in 2020), when it already received an update that adds the ability to play at 60 FPS and 4K resolution on the PlayStation 5 using a chessboard, but this is not a native version.

To add to the assumption, both slices agree that there has not yet been a multiplayer spin-off in this universe that could be cooperatively oriented. It’s currently unclear if Guerrilla Games is directly working on it (although it’s likely), but Coming to PC and PS5. After all, the Horizon series was supposed to offer multiplayer gameplay in both the first and second installments, but the creators decided to leave this feature for a future project.

And to top it all off, Lance Reddick, spokesperson for the Sylense game, started via his twitter allusion to the Forbidden West expansionwhen he subsequently deleted the post.

The Horizon brand has been buzzing lately.
