In Elden Ring, Sacred Tears will be essential on your journey to The Lands Between. Allows you to increase the amount of HP or FP regenerated with Holy Tears, Crimson or Cerulean Flasks. The maximum boost your bottle can achieve is +12, but this does not apply to the Wonder Physick bottle. To use Pure Tears, you must rest in the Place of Grace.

Unlike Golden Seeds, the game only has enough Holy Tears to upgrade your bottles to +12, so you’ll need to find them all to maximize the effect of your flakes. Fortunately, they can all be found in churches, which is useful because you don’t have to search hidden exits to find secret rooms like you do with other items. Where every holy tear resides:
