Of the 5.4 million hours watched, 3.1 million (56.4%) were from Team Liquid, which had five of its six games in the TOP 5 audiences of the tournament. According to Esports Charts, 279,248 viewers watched the dispute live in the finals alone.

General Manager of Team Liquid in Brazil Rafael Queiroz spoke with pride about Cavalaria’s participation in the World Championship: “We are very proud of so many achievements in such a short time. Our inclusive team has only been around for two years and since then we’ve had an unforgettable run at the VALORANT World Championship.
First we reached third place, and now, with a different formation, we have risen to vice,” he says. “Seeing all the Liquid fans in the stands wearing T-shirts and cheering was intimidating. The participation also resulted in an online audience reflecting how beloved this team is and how passionate the Brazilians are. We will work hard to come back even stronger in 2024.”
Team Liquid started the Gamer Changers Championship 2023 with a 2:0 loss to G2. After the setback, Cavalry grew in competition and picked up victories until they reached the grand finals: 2×0 in Evil Geniusis, 2×0 in BBLQ, 2×1 in SMG and 2×0 in G2 in the semi-finals.
