Capcom Cup IX, the latest Street Fighter V champion, will be crowned in the coming days

Last Sample Street Fighter V will be crowned in the coming days. 47 of the best Street Fighter V players have come together to compete in Capcom Cup IX, Capcom’s annual Street Fighter World Championship.

The top players from 19 online premiers, 156 World Warrior, LCQ and Evo 2022 tournaments will take center stage as they compete for a $300,000 prize pool and the Capcom Pro Tour trophy.

Reigning Evo 2022 champion Masaki “Kawano” Kawano will also be in the tournament along with the winner of the Last Chance Qualifier, which will take place on February 12 and 13.

In the first two days of the tournament on February 12 and 13, the LCQ will take place. The second knockout stage is the group stage from 14 to 16 February. Then on February 17 and 18, the focus will be on the SFL World Championship, followed by Capcom Top 16 Cup IX on February 19, where the last fighter standing will be crowned champion.
