Modern Warfare 2 shoot the ship the playlist returns with a map in the first season and the next. Bringing back old favorites Shoot House and Shipment, the playlist features a variety of fan-favorite game modes set exclusively across two maps. They won’t be what you remember though, as they were redesigned for Modern Warfare 2.
There are already a slew of Modern Warfare 2 maps to manage, but there’s no denying that CoD fans always want more from multiplayer, especially when it comes to classic maps or references to previous games. Modern Warfare 2 Shoot the Ship II gives us exactly that, so here’s what we know about the new playlist.
Modern Warfare 2 Maps Shoot the ship
The locations have changed, but the style of play has remained. To match the story of the campaign, Shoot House is now based in Las Almas, but features the same point-blank shootouts as before thanks to its claustrophobic size and busy layout.
Meanwhile, Cargo will be featured in the Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded update on December 14. Shipping will be familiar to current fans of the franchise, with the same shipping containers squeezing into the back of this freighter. The action takes place in the stormy part of the Atlantic Ocean and you don’t have much space to move around as Shipment is one of the smallest maps in one of the best PC games.

If you’re wondering how Shipping is different, it’s because the holiday version of the card will be available from December 21 through January 4. Fortunately, players won’t have to worry about Krampus this time around.
While you wait to see those old favorites again, continue your journey towards those Modern Warfare 2 Mastery camos by trying out some of the best shotguns in the game, like the best Expedite 12 set or the best Bryson 890 gear set, in preparation for it. Shoot the ship in close combat.
