Developers from the Avalanche Software studio in their social networks they announced Two pretty big pieces of news regarding the upcoming RPG Hogwarts Legacy. First of all, we found out that PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S console version reach gold stage, so nothing fundamental prevents their release. So the final release date for those platforms should really be February 10th. If you pre-order the deluxe edition of the game, you can start playing as early as February 7th.
For versions for older generation consoles in the form PlayStation 4 and Xbox One the situation is more complicated. The developers recently announced that these versions they won’t be released until April 4th. According to the authors, they want to make the game as convenient as possible for all platforms.
The version was also delayed for the same reason Nintendo Switch, which will not even be released until July 25th. In short, releasing a game on less powerful devices requires extra time and more care in terms of optimization.
