Tomb Raider 4–6 Updateincluding The Final Revelation, Chronicles and Angel of Darkness, will present Lara Croft’s legendary adventure in a technically enhanced form.
For owners of current generation consoles, the collection promises a pleasant visual experience. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will run games in 4K at 60fps, while the Xbox Series S will offer a still-cool 1440p resolution at 60fps. According to developers at Aspyr, the remasters are designed to harness the power of these consoles to give classic games a modern twist and ensure a smooth experience.
Modern graphics and details: In addition to technical changes, players will see smoother textures, more detailed models, and improved lighting effects that bring iconic locations and scenes to life.
New customization options: The collection will offer selectable depth of field, a customizable camera, and creative filters that will allow players to customize the visual experience to their liking.
Classic and new outfits: Lara returns in iconic costumes, as well as several new looks that combine nostalgia with modern style.
Improved animation: With improved facial animations, Lara will be more personal than ever, from her determined facial expressions to her moments of surprise.
The updated collection will go on sale on February 14, 2025 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. The collection, priced at €29.99, is the perfect opportunity to relive unforgettable adventures or experience them for the first time.
