It appeals with its role-playing game mechanics and setting, which takes place in Chernobyl.
Polish studio The Farm 51 is preparing to release the game next year Chernobyl 2: Exclusion Zonewhich will try to build on the positively received first part of 2021. However, the first samples from the game have already shown that the second part will differ from its predecessor in some areas.
First of all, the authors decided to switch from first person to third person camerawhich you will use, for example, during fights. The recently published gameplay trailer, for a change, suggests more robust RPG mechanics, in which we can include gradual improvement and character modification or rich options in the field of weapons and equipment.
In addition to the action and RPG mechanics, the game will also focus on the story, survival elements and the dark atmosphere of the horrors of the Chernobyl zone. Chernobyl 2: Exclusion Zone will be out next year on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
