Turok returns in third-person co-op dinosaur hunting game – INDIAN

Famous studio Saber Interactive brings the iconic Turok series to life. The game was announced at The Game Awards 2024. Turok: Originswhich represents a major evolution of the franchise that was first loved by players on the Nintendo 64 and PC in 1997. The developers bring a fresh approach to dinosaurs, combat and the brand itself.

Unlike the original games, which were based on a first-person perspective, Turok: Origins shifts to third person perspective. The main attraction is that it is fully integrated. multiplayerthanks to which you can play the campaign together with two other players in co-op.

The game’s heroes will be equipped with futuristic “biomorphic suit”which allows you to extract the DNA of defeated enemies and unlock special abilities – such as calling lightning. In addition, the game offers semi-open world connected by portals between different planets and epic boss battles.

Weapon: Players will have a wide arsenal of futuristic weapons at their disposal – from plasma rifles and sniper rifles to classic bows and shotguns.

DNA Abilities: DNA obtained from enemies can be used to improve the suit and unlock new skills that change the appearance and abilities of the hero.

Wednesday: The game takes the player to a variety of environments, from ancient temples to deserts and dense jungles, with each area offering rich plot twists.

Turok: Origins will depend on technology Unreal engine 5 and will be released on platforms Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC. A release date has not yet been set.
