During The Game Awards, as expected, Josef Fares also attracted attention by presenting a new game from his Hazelight studio. New with a name Split fiction will try to build on the successful collaborations A Way Out and It Takes Two that the studio has enjoyed in the past.

The developers are also betting this time two-player co-op experiencewhich will be available both locally and online. According to the plot of the game, you will specifically put yourself in the place of two writers who accidentally find themselves in the world of their stories. While the first one will be based on fantasy, the second one will please science fiction fans for a change.

Following the example of previous games, the authors will base the experience primarily on the cooperation of both characters on different levels. Split fiction will be released March 6 in 2025 on PC and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
