After a summer delay, the sequel to the action-adventure RPG Tails of Iron is finally coming out. Odd Bug Studio has announced a release date, which is set for early next year.
Tails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter will be released on January 28, 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. It’s a pleasant surprise that in recent weeks there has been talk of a release a month later.
According to the developers, this is a development of the previous game. It will offer a more expansive campaign set in the snowy lands of Northern Europe, as well as an enriched and improved soul-like combat system with evasive flips, counterattacks and gruesome executions.
The story will be told by the legendary Doug Cockle (Geralt of Rivia from the Witcher series from CD Projekt RED). It features wild boss battles, hunting down huge monsters, obtaining rare equipment and the ability to customize your appearance.
