The game director of CD Projekt RED studio announced via the social network X that the upcoming continuation of the Witcher series is official entered full production phase. About 400 developers are currently working on the game, which is more than half of CD Projekt’s total.
Smaller teams then pursue a Cyberpunk sequel or Witcher spin-off codenamed Project Sirius. At the same time, CD Projekt management published Cyberpunk 2077 sales data updated.
While the original game managed to exceed its goal of thirty million copies sold, the standalone Phantom Liberty data disc sold 8 million copies in the first year and two months of its release.
