You can play The Callisto Protocol on PS5 Pro in 8K resolution.

The developers at Striking Distance today released a new update for the survival horror game The Callisto Protocol, which aims to… owners of the new PlayStation 5 Pro console. The free update includes two new display modes for this console. The first offers a traditional combination of 4K resolution and 60 frames per second.

For testing purposes at least, the second mode the game is played in could be an interesting alternative. will run at 30fps in exchange for 8K resolution. PS5 Pro can achieve this value mainly due to AI scaling. In both modes mentioned, the game also runs with ray tracing enabled.

Gran Turismo 7 racing also benefits from this technology, which also offers an 8K resolution game mode. The Callisto protocol is available on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
