You can try the game for free on Steam right now.
At yesterday’s Direct Showcase conference, which took place as part of the Czech & Slovak Games Week event, the independent Czech studio Infilope Games presented play called Robinson Crusoe. Already from the title it follows that the authors sought inspiration primarily in the book of the same name by the English writer Daniel Defoe.
In terms of gameplay, the developers describe the game as third person action adventurewhich, in addition to encounters with enemies, will offer important elements of survival. The setting features a story from the point of view of a castaway trying to survive on a dangerous tropical island in the 17th century.
Thus, Prim will play predominantly environmental exploration, shelter construction, food search and the creation of various tools that will help you in confrontation with the not-so-peaceful inhabitants of the island. The authors also note dynamic weather, day and night cycles, and changing conditions on the island itself, which should contribute to good replayability.
Robinson Crusoe will be released in the second quarter of next year on computers. However, you can already add the game to your wishlist on Steam, where a free demo version was also recently made available.
