Since its release in 2012 on iOS and a year later on Android, it has belonged to the mobile city builder. The Simpsons: Out of Order among the most popular games based on the famous series. Now the authors have announced that the last few months of gameplay await us.
The game will end gradually. In-game purchases have already been discontinued, and The Simpsons will disappear from stores on October 31st. After this, you will be able to play until the servers are completely shut down. January 24.
“The decision to end our 12-year journey is an emotional one. Together with our partners at The Simpsons and Walt Disney, it was a pleasure to bring this game to you, the fans, and watch as each of you creates your own favorite version of Springfield,” writes the developers from Electronic Arts.
“It’s been a wonderful journey and we’re grateful to have been able to deliver 308 updates, 831 characters including today’s final farewell, 1,463 quests,” they add and say thank you.
