At the end of the trailer, we learn that the console exclusivity of the modernized Silent Hill 2 will last exactly one year after its release. Specifically, it will expire on October 8, 2025. After that, it may be aimed at the Xbox Series or the new Nintendo Switch.
In the video, the developers suggest using all the features of the PlayStation 5, such as 4K resolution, 3D sound, or the Dual Sense controller. The game will work with tactile and adaptive triggers.
