Bad news for fans of the game. Platoon 3. Nintendo is ending regular updates after two years. The colorful Switch shooter will continue to feature seasonal events with monthly challenges. The company mentions that events such as Splatoween, Spring Fest, Frosty Fest, and Summer Night will be repeated in the game. Weapon balance adjustments will be possible if necessary.
Players are waiting to see if they will get the new part. It will probably be released on the Nintendo Switch 2 by now. Splatoon 3 was released in September 2022 and has earned praise for its fast-paced action, interesting and enjoyable even for new players.
