Developers from Arrowhead Game studio have presented a new update for their cooperative game Helldivers 2. The upcoming update It’s called Escalation of Freedom and will be released on August 8th.The game’s creators are talking about it as the biggest update to date, which will bring several important news and improvements.
For example, it is worth noting new and highest level of difficulty called CR 10: Super Helldive, which should bring the most difficult fights and at the same time the most valuable rewards. In addition, the developers call for more variability of missions, in which you will encounter new targets and larger enemy bases.
The update will additionally offer new types of enemies led by Tepes from the original Helldivers, who will be joined by Spore Charger and Alpha Commander in the Terminids. The studio hasn’t forgotten about the Automatons, who will be joined by the Rocket Tank. At the end of the demo attached above, the studio also introduces a new swamp area, where you’ll have to deal with fog and wild flora.
In addition to this more fundamental news, the update will also include several new types of weaponswhich will be supplemented with explosives, drones and special ammunition. Helldivers 2 jk is available on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5 console.
