Poland’s CI Games announced the development of Lords of the Fallen 2 in an investor report that will follow the original 2014 game and the reboot of the series of the same name released last October. A sequel has been in the works for a long time, so here it is. official confirmation of development could have been expected. Additionally, last year’s episode was well received and sold well.
However, this can be considered a surprise. partnership with Epic Games revealed, which means the PC version will be released exclusively on the Epic Games Store. In addition, in the report, CI Games representatives state that exclusivity will last throughout the entire life cycle of the game. So it’s doubtful that the PC version will ever belatedly look to other platforms, led by Steam.
In addition to PC, the game will, of course, also be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. The investor report also states that Lords of the Fallen 2 will be released in 2026 and, following the example of its predecessor, it will use Unreal Engine 5.
