Danish studio IO Interactive has announced HITMAN 3 VR: Reloaded. This will be a separately sold version of HITMAN 3 that willdesigned exclusively for VR. The game is mainly being worked on by developers from the English studio XR Games, who directly specialize in VR games and, in addition to Hitman, are currently also working on the game Zombie Army VR. HITMAN 3 VR: Reloaded will offer so-called dual controls, which will allow players to hold two weapons or other arbitrary objects at the same time.
The developers are also calling for a new art style, a redesigned interface and controls, previously unknown features and a game world that should offer a new level of realism. A game will be out this summer exclusively for the Meta Quest 3 headset. The third HITMAN itself was released in 2021 on PC and consoles PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
