The Total War: Warhammer 3 strategy game has been waiting longer than originally planned for its next expansion. But in the end, everything seems to be on the right track. Thrones of Decay will be a major expansion that can be purchased as one package containing important news for three factions. However, if you’re strictly Dwarven, Human, or Nurgle-follower, there’s nothing stopping you from only buying the faction-focused DLC. The Dwarves will be strengthened by the assassin Malachi Makaisson, who, in addition to other squibs with large gaps, will attract airships equipped with decent firepower into battle. The Empire welcomes the sorceress Elspeth von Draken with a bunch of gunpowder-oriented troops on hand. The latest addition is the infected Tamurkhan, whose strength lies in new resilient monsters. Each of the nobles enters the battlefield with their own palette of goals and abilities.
The Thrones of Decay expansion does not currently have a release date. However, according to the creators, this is not as far as it might seem. Even before the game’s release, you can enjoy Total War: Warhammer 3 on PC.
