Developers from Larian Studios took home the most statuettes from the live-action version of the British Academy Film Awards – BAFTA Game Awards. Alan Wake 2 won the category Artistic achievements (loosely translated as artistic impression or approach) and also had the best sound by the British Academy. Viewfinder won UK Game of the Year and Best New IP.
Super Mario Bros. Be surprised was successful as a multiplayer game and, traditionally for Nintendo, also as a family game. The Japanese publisher can also count on last year’s results. Zeldawhich impressed the jury with its technical processing.
