Console versions of the System Shock remake finally have a release date – INDIAN

Nightdive Studios and Prime Matter have finally announced a release date System Shock Remake on the console. On the last two generations, a modern remake of the cult first-person action game will be available from May 21st of this year. The game came out on PC a year ago.

System Shock Remake combines the iconic gameplay with all-new HD graphics, updated controls, a redesigned interface and all-new sounds and music. Players new and old can also expect never-before-seen enemies, improved gameplay, an updated hacking system, and new intuitive combat options based on a brutal cantonment system.

According to the press release, the System Shock remake will run on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X in 4K resolution and 60 frames per second. It also features a reworked ending that enhances the confrontation with Shodan and gives the option to choose between a male and female version of the hacker.
