Excited about the newly announced collection Star Wars: Classic Battlefront Collection pretty soon gave way to numerous reasons for concern and worry among fans. We have, for example, the fact that not a remaster of Star Wars: Battlefront (2004) and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (2005).but rather simply a port to modern consoles and PCs, which mainly boasts only support for higher image resolutions, expansion of some game modes, a small amount of content that was originally available exclusively on Xbox, and, of course, support for 64 players on all platforms .
However, the collection will cost €35 (10% pre-release discount) and owners of the original games on PC and Xbox will only receive a 20% discount. Many may be surprised by the fact that the creators from the Aspyr Media studio are still silent about whether there will be cross-play in the collectionthat is, multi-platform co-op, or the 50 GB free disk space requirement found in the hardware requirements for the PC version on Steam.
