There are now many signs that Square Enix is about to announce. a new thing about Final Fantasy 9, the beloved episode of the saga, originally aired on PSX. It’s been clear for a while that something was moving, at least since November.
At the time, Kazuhiko Aoki, one of the game’s designers, hinted that news about the beloved Japanese RPG game could be coming soon. At least, that’s how his review posted on the PlayStation Blog for the original game’s launch on PlayStation Now was interpreted.
Now there are other signals pointing in the same direction. Meanwhile, GeForce Now has had the latest data theft with talk of a Final Fantasy 9 remake. PlayStation titles for PC, many think that too.
Additionally, Square Enix re-released the gameplay video. YouTubelaunched the soundtrack vinyl and announced the animated series that showed a lot of action around Final Fantasy IX.
Of course, it is always possible for all of these to be coincidence, but at this point, it is useful to have some faith in this.
