Focus Entertainment announced the release date today. The game will be released on March 5, 2024 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch. The announcement includes a new trailer that reveals more of what players can expect on the scientific expedition.

As you can see, this will be a completely different dirty adventure. You will exchange transportation of equipment and cargo for exploring dangerous terrain and climbing mountains. Luckily, you will have interesting tools at your disposal, such as a drone, metal detector, winch, anchors or sonar. A drone will take you high and fly over the landscape in search of a suitable route, a metal detector will help you find caches of valuable equipment, and a depth sounder will show you if a river is too deep.

You will attempt scientific expeditions on a variety of maps: from arid deserts to rugged forests and the steepest mountains. Before this, you have to build a base, hire specialists and, of course, modify and improve vehicles. This is very similar to what happens in SnowRunner. On the contrary, the physics seem more advanced, but we will appreciate this when we play the game.
