In the remake of the original Fortress the developers from FireFly Studios did not stand aside. Yesterday a modern version of the castle simulator was released and already very positive user reviews. Domestic players can still enjoy the presence Czech subtitles.
The creators had to carefully recreate the game using the original images, music and dubbing. Players praise not only the better graphics quality, but also modern little things such as Hotkeys. On the contrary, some complained about the lack of a skirmish mode and multiplayer still needs to be fixed. It experiences long delays and often loses connection.
But overall, Stronghold: Definitive Edition has done well, and players can expect additional support. This will include two free updates and two paid additions Swine’s Bay and Valley of the Wolf. We wrote more about them here.
