Ahead of the Christmas season, Microsoft is unveiling an elaborate promotional trailer called Wake up and dream. According to the company, the three-minute video is an exciting adventure story inspired by gamers and their dreams.
The ad tries to suggest that after a hard day, we can relax with the Xbox Series X console, which takes us to worlds beyond imagination and gives us fun, joy, connection and love.
In the ad we see a young woman sitting in a taxi after a hard day at work and wanting to go home. The traffic jam forces her to get out and walk some distance in the rain. She gets to her apartment building wet, but in the elevator she receives a message from the Xbox app on her cell phone, and an interesting adventure awaits her.
