“When we got to Bethesda, it was a great moment. We were able to bring together a number of games from the catalog and celebrate their history. In the case of Activision Blizzard, the regulatory process took an awfully long time. And frankly, there was a lot of uncertainty during the process up until the week before closing. In this case, we were unable to work primarily with Activision and Blizzard on a similar catalog,” explains Spencer.

“Now that the deal is closed, we begin [katalogu] Job. But it’s work. I think Activision’s tweet (…) said something about 2024. I think it’s true. I’d love to see some sort of secret event in the next few weeks to celebrate. But that’s not true. (…) If we did this [hry od Activision Blizzardu] I wanted to subscribe this year, I would say so. And I know some people will be disappointed by this,” he continues.

Thanks to Activision Blizzard, Microsoft has acquired brands such as Crash Bandicoot, Overwatch, Diablo, War Craft or Call of Duty. New games from the latest series won’t appear on Game Pass until late next year, when the exclusive marketing agreement between Activision and Sony expires.
