The crowded streets of New York, a complex cast of familiar characters and an enjoyable combat and movement system; that’s exactly what comes to mind when I think of Insomniac Games’ 2018 Spider-Man event. Now, five years later, The goal of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is to bring exactly what we loved about the first part of the series to the PlayStation 5.. And he succeeds.
The second part will tell you an amazing odyssey about not one, but two spider heroes. The American metropolis has never looked so good, and every fight in its streets and swinging in the clouds will bring adrenaline into your veins. The question is whether this is enough.
And I can tell you right away that I have two messages for you. As much as Insomniac Games tried to tell a grander story, this time starring Peter Parker and Miles Morales, I had one concern: whether the developers would be able to update the game’s captured mechanics, despite all the success of the first part and the spin-off with the second named hero.
Well, let’s start with the fact that if you liked the 2018 game, then you know exactly what to expect from this sequel. And that’s good news and bad news.
