Japanese publisher Bandai Namco today presented a new part of the cult PAC-MAN series subtitled Mega Tunnel Battle: Chomp Champs. However, it should be noted first that this is not an entirely new episode. In fact this is an improved version of the same namewhich was originally released as an exclusive for Google’s now-defunct streaming platform Stadia.
However, due to the failure of the aforementioned service, the game, like other Stadia exclusives, was not liked by many players. With recently announced versions for PC (Steam), as well as PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch, the game has a chance to be fixed. By genre we are talking about multiplayer action game for 64 playerspartially using the rules of the battle royale genre.
Following the example of other games in the series, it is still excellent in terms of gameplay. movement in various labyrinths and trying to survive and get as many points as possible. PAC-MAN Mega Tunnel Battle: Chomp Champs will release on the aforementioned platforms early next year.
