All Hallow’s Eve is the perfect time to release a bold interactive horror title. Silent Hill: Ascension. Konami officially promised it this year. The upcoming announcement was preceded by placement on Google Play. He previously revealed that the selected date is October 31, 2023. The game will be unlocked at 9:00 pm IST. Here on November 1 at three o’clock in the morning.
You can pre-register on Google Play. At the same time, Konami will make the first part of the series available and this puts the trust in the story in the hands of the players, who with his decisions will determine the fate of all characters. Ascension is an alternate reality game (ARG), meaning it straddles the line between the TV series and a video game. Unlike Until Dawn or The Quarry, these big decisions won’t be made right away. The authors want to let you watch the entire episode of the series without interruption. Only at the end will you be asked to make a choice. Then the votes are counted and based on them the developers create the next part.
A scary story will follow several main characters from locations around the world inhabited by new and terrifying monsters from Silent Hill. These monsters lurk in the shadows and pose a danger to people, their children and entire cities, which have been plunged into darkness due to both recent murders and long-suppressed feelings of guilt and fear.
“Join this exciting journey and shape the story with your choices that will lead to exciting moments of redemption, suffering or damnation” the authors declare and call stories from everyday life, where each day is different from the previous depending on the actions and decisions of the viewers. Even the creators themselves don’t know how it will end.
Silent Hill: Ascension is just one of the projects in development. NoCode Studio is working on City of Silent Hillthen here it is Silent Hill F Set in 1960s Japan, movie Return to Silent Hilll Christophe Gans (director of the original 2006 Silent Hill) and finally Remake of Silent Hill 2 from the famous Polish company Bloober Team (Blair Witch, Layers of Fear and The Medium). And something else called Silent Hill: A Short Messagebut these are just assumptions.
