Fntastic’s upcoming post-apocalyptic MMO The Day Before is likely to end up with a completely different title. The authors have been dealing with a trademark dispute since February of this year, which will likely end with the renaming of the upcoming name. Wellplayed magazine noted that the authors of the game had applied for registration. Day World trademarks. But even that name can be problematic.

The editors of the site PCgamesN noted that the name DayWorld covers kk book novel series, behind which is writer Philip José Farmer. Some of the players have already clearly broken the stick over the entire project and accuse the authors of the fact that they later try to justify the next shift in the release date with these actions.

According to the official information of the studio itself, “On the Eve” should have been released on November 10th on PC, as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. However, due to the materials released so far, the backstory of the studio itself, and general strange events surrounding the game, a further delay cannot be ruled out.
