However, it is already clear that there will be differences between the Series X and S. The S version should not provide split-screen interaction, but should have cross-save features on PC and Xbox.
In general, it seems that the main problem was the Xbox Series S. The release of Baldur’s Gate 3 on the Xbox Series X / S is scheduled for the end of this year. We don’t know the exact release date yet.
All improvements will be present, including split-screen co-op in Series X. Series S will not have split-screen co-op, but will also include cross-save between Steam and Xbox Series.
