The May sales charts for Czech and Slovak players are dominated by expected Nintendo Switch exclusivity – The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The Xzone Store reports that this is by far the most successful launch of a Nintendo game for them.
“Titles sold in millions of copies for a lot of money were most often bought from a few dozen to hundreds of players in the Czech Republic. For many years, regular Czech gamers considered the Nintendo a ‘baby’ console with Mario and enjoyed playing on PC or PlayStation.” Jan Bobrowski of the Xzone marketing team describes Nintendo’s longstanding underdog situation.
He is in second place with Xzone, JRC and Smarty. Hogwarts legacy and closes the top three bestsellers FIFA 23. Then we see smaller deviations. For example, in Xzone we see a stealth adventure game. Lord of the Rings: Gollumand JRC and Smarty are dominated by Grand Theft Auto V And mine craft.
At JRC, the game returned to the top-selling games chart. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. “It’s because we got a blue milky Luke Skywalker figurine as a gift and they were able to give it to customers for this title.” explains Piotr Kratochvil.

Even the console rating on Xzone was taken by Nintendo, thanks to the huge interest in the beautiful edition in the design of Tears of the Kingdom. Rounding out the top five is an extremely stylish retro mini-console with the legendary first volume of The Legend of Zelda.
