The former creators of Call of Duty and Halo introduce a new FPS called Sentinel

Developers from the independent studio Pathless Productions showed new footage from the upcoming game an event called Sentinel. The studio is partly made up of developers who have contributed to series such as Halo or Call of Duty in the past. Halo is probably the most reminiscent of their new venture.

However, the authors note that game development is only at the beginning, which is also seen from the sample attached above. This is taken from the vertical slice demo which is mainly meant to showcase the basic features and mechanics. But he is still far from the final game. Sentinel is due out on PC, at least on an as of yet unspecified date. However, it will be decisive for the future of the entire project whether the authors manage to find a publisher.

In terms of content and gameplay to be expected sandbox oriented titlewho will offer cooperation support. In terms of the plot, the authors suggest that you play as a space viking who will try to save the last remnants of civilization. The game runs on Unreal Engine 5.
