The vampire tribe has been present in The Elder Scrolls series for some time now. They have always been extremely dangerous enemies. The Dawnguard DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim brought a truly dramatic change in this regard, in which you were not only given the opportunity to play as a vampire or werewolf, but also significantly adjusted the statistics of these creatures and, above all, reduce their damage. The damage reduction perk applied to them has also been deactivated. And to make matters worse, the effect of the last phase of vampirism was no longer the same as in the past.
If you’re missing the good old days, you have the option to bring them back thanks to the Bloodhunt – Cut Vampire Content Restoration mod, which reverses some of the news brought by the data disc and even adds new abilities hidden in the Dawnguard files. In addition, normal vampires will no longer have flashy equipment, and will instead be given classic clothing. You will need The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition to activate it. You can find detailed information about this here.
