Introduced by the Flatout series inspired by Jected – Rivals.

THQ Nordic has unveiled a game called Jected – Rivals in the trailer attached above. While it may not seem like it at first glance, it is in fact a previously introduced name for Stuntfest, which, however, seems to seen so many significant changesthat the authors have begun to rename it.

The original concept of the game was to be based on popular acrobatic mini-games, part of the FlatOut racing series. The original authors of this series from the Finnish studio Bugbear, who released the successful Wreckfest races some time ago, even worked on the game.

However, over the course of the last year, we learned that a not-so-famous Austrian studio pow wow entertainment. With the change in the development team, obviously, there were other changes in the core of the game itself, resulting in a new name for Jected – Rivals.

The authors describe their work as a combination of action, racing and flying. In practice, this is likely to be an adrenaline arcade game focused primarily on light entertainment. In addition to the above pattern, it was confirmed that the game will be released on may 4th in the Steam Early Access program. Since the authors have opted for a shareware model, from this date you will be able to try Jected – Rivals for free.
