At first glance, Terra Nil’s relaxation strategy certainly didn’t look like something that could draw crowds. However, it turned out that the opposite was true. Over 300,000 players have already played this game in the first week, which is an overwhelming success that no one seems to have expected. Not only the players were interested in this game. It also seems to be critically acclaimed, and has already received a decent set of positive reviews, drawing other stakeholders to it. Most people like this job because it brings an unexpected spark to the building genre, making us think about whether we, as humans, treat the world around us right or not.
The creators of Terra Nil, of course, are very happy with this success. It is currently only available on PC. However, it is quite realistic that it will eventually appear on other platforms as well.
