In recent years, active insider Tom Henderson has been luring gamers with Sony’s upcoming hardware releases during one of his streams. First of all, he mentioned that in the coming months he would reveal more details about the still unconfirmed PS5 Pro. According to earlier speculation, a more powerful console from Sony should be released in the fall of 2024 or early 2025.
But Henderson further mentioned that Sony is also preparing other gaming equipment.which has not yet been discussed. This mysterious device should come out before the aforementioned PS5 Pro. For example, it could be a device designed for game streaming. Some players have also thought about a new handheld device that will follow the PlayStation Vita.
Apart from these two devices, there has been quite a bit of talk about a new version in the past. PS5 with removable drive and identical performance to the current model. We could learn more about any of these devices at the summer PlayStation Showcase conference, which will probably take place in early June.
