Last year, developers from Rockstar Games studio officially confirmed that they are working on a new part of the Grand Theft Auto series. An insider named Teze2 came through the GTA forum with new unofficial information. He is a fairly well-known person in the GTA community who has already posted some information in advance from the Rockstar studio in the past.
Teze2 claims that GTA 6 will undoubtedly be introduced this year. The release date should then be the pre-Christmas 2024 season. However, the insider adds that a delay to early 2025 cannot be ruled out, but he marks that date as the latest. He already considers a possible further shift unlikely.
