In a nearly nine-minute diary, we’ll take a look at Iceland. The creators traveled around this Scandinavian island nation and in 11 days prepared a series of shots to create the game world. On the video we see the stages of scanning and subsequent processing of the received material.

The authors set themselves the goal to create the most realistic experience. They want to convey the atmosphere of Iceland to the players and keep them interested during the game. In Ninja Theory, they go very far and decide, among other things, where the bird droppings go depending on the terrain, flight paths, and the like. We also previously reported on an unusual cinematic anamorphic effect.

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was already good in terms of atmosphere. Now Ninja Theory is owned by Microsoft, and thanks to the support and money, developers can afford more “magic”.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 has no set release date. However, the game passed a major development milestone late last year; motion capture ended. With that in mind, the second adventure of the Celtic warrior Senua seems to be the closest thing to Starfield. According to available information, Fable, Perfect Dark and Everwild have not yet overcome this milestone. The other is said to be Recognized as Obsidian.

Be that as it may, they are all aimed at the Xbox Series X/S and PC. They will also be available with a Game Pass subscription.
