Hogwarts Legacy vastly outperforms last year’s Elden Ring hit

Further reports of success are coming from the UK. Hogwarts legacy. An adventure in the familiar world of Harry Potter took the top spot on last week’s best-selling game list. The action RPG even sold in its first week. 80% better than last year’s hit Elden Ring.

82% of physical editions purchased are PlayStation 5, the remaining 18% are Xbox Series X/S versions. In some markets, physical versions even managed to sell out. The PC version is only available digitally.

Along with Gran Turismo 7, these are the only two non-Switch games on the list.
