The developers at Purple Lamp Studio, backed by THQ Nordic, are currently finishing up a new themed game. from the popular animated series SpongeBob SquarePantswhich is known in our country under the name SpongeBob in pants.
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake in a big way continuation of the previous episode Battle for Bikini Bottom – Subtitled Rehydrated released by the same studio in 2020.
At the core it will again be a 3D platformer, which should be based predominantly on cartoonish graphics, ubiquitous humor, and good accessibility. The authors also offer 7 different game worlds, a licensed soundtrack and all the famous characters of the series, which will be voiced by their original actors.
You can watch the new trailer above in the preview. SpongeBob SquarePants: Space Shake coming out January 31st on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Thanks to backwards compatibility, the game will of course also be playable on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
